Our Process
No Coating to Fail. The Slab Itself Is the Floor.
Coatings sit on top of concrete and eventually peel, chip, or yellow. Polished concrete is different — we mechanically grind, densify, and polish the slab itself into a hard, light-reflective floor. Done to our standard, it's extremely high-quality work that lasts decades with almost no maintenance.
Diamond Grinding
We start with coarse metal-bond diamonds on industrial planetary grinders with built-in dust extraction — no dust, no mess. This flattens the slab, removes old coatings and blemishes, and opens the concrete for the next step.
Densify & Harden
A lithium-silicate densifier is applied and worked into the surface. It penetrates and chemically reacts inside the concrete, hardening the slab from within so it polishes tighter, resists abrasion, and won't dust.
Hone, Dye & Polish
We refine through progressively finer resin-bond diamonds — and, if you want color, work in penetrating concrete dyes or acid/water stains along the way. We stop at the sheen you choose, from satin matte to a wet-look high gloss.
Stain-Guard Seal
A penetrating stain guard is burnished in to lock everything down. There's no film or topcoat to peel, chip, or yellow — the polished slab itself is the finished floor, and it only gets better with traffic.

* The warranty applies only to indoor concrete floors that Next Level has prepared and installed. Material defects and installation errors on those surfaces are covered 100%. Application on wood, tile, experimental, or otherwise unapproved substrates is not covered, and Next Level is not responsible for floor failure on surfaces we did not prepare.

Polished concrete is not slip-resistant or anti-slip, and polished surfaces can become slippery when wet. An anti-slip conditioner is available as an optional upgrade and must be specifically purchased and documented on your quote. Unless you have purchased and received a treatment explicitly sold with a slip-resistant guarantee, no anti-slip claim is being made and Next Level is not liable for slip-related incidents.
